Took a pic of ZF while waiting for the others to arrive. She was sharing with me her lifestyle in Queensland. The people in Queensland are more laid back compare to those in Melbourne and Sydney. It's not too fast paced, like in Singapore. Earning is not their priority, but rather it's the time spent with their signficant ones. Another interesting thing, i learnt that the aussies actually love sushi like the japanese! hohoho~ if i am there, will i be eating sushi almost everyday?? jes is thinking~~~

None of us know that TCC is more than just coffee and deserts like the typical starbucks or coffee bean. sua ku.... =(( Overall, i would say that it's definitely not a bad place to dine in.

My Triple C Panini! Yummy! I love all things cheese and this has both cheese and curry chicken~ Both are my favourite! ($10.80) The serving portion was big. I almost couldn't finish... i realized that i kept stuffing food into my mouth. =/ Sinful tho.. rich in carbohydrates... =p

The five of us! We finally meet! (after 1 year) Oh how years go by... since our primary school days... K(on my left) was my partner back then (did i say partner in crime?hahaha). We are partners because we are of the same height! My best friend whom i absolutely adore. Always, now and forever. Remember how we wrote letters and send to each other by mail... and how we did projects and stayed back after school to read story books in our old school... nostalgic sight...

By the way, WL couldn't make it as she's at Shanghai for work. WL, we hope you will be there for our next meet up!

Anyway, the next thing on my mind now is how i will be celebrating my xmas this year.... dream on... jess.^^

Celebrating my brother's birthday in advance yesterday. Went to an eating place at amk central (recommended by my mum). She claimed that she saw Kym Ng advertising on tv sometime back.
It was at an ulu corner and we had to take a lift up. (by the way, the lift is one of those HDB flat ones) I was "surprised" as i didn't expect it to be so... i expected it to be a restaurant by itself.
Anyway, this banner was found just beside the lift (abit rare). So i decided to take pic. To show u guys the pricing.

it's abit messy... the kitchen is just behind. Seats are quite occupied as it's limited. On the left (not in the picture), there's a balcony area whereby there are seats too. Suitable for those who likes it to be more cooling. There's no shelter so i guess it would be vacant if it pours.

It's Baby Anson full month this day (can't remember the exact date but anyway, it's two to three saturdays back). Obviously, it's not my baby... but where's his mummy??!!! Ooohh, it's because his mummy doesn't want to be in the picture because she's not nicely dressed up (according to her). haha.
Baby Anson is sound asleep... too bad.. if not i can cuddle him. tsk tsk.

This is Anson. Look at the way he sleeps. Its simply so lovely and adorable. Babies can be irritable at times (eg: when they cry... but the worst part is, when we can't figure out what they are crying for.. or when mummies are worried whether they are hungry or running a temperature...) but i still love them alot alot. jes loves them =)))

Sitting comfortably on the sofa with my family on a sunday evening, watching mediacorp 25th anniversary.. a very rare occasion where the entire stable of mediacorp artistes, gathered together to meet head honchos and members of the press as they toasted to a good 25 years of local drama productions.

As rolls and rolls of old films were being screened on tv, i remembered witnessing mediacorp's various productions in the 90s when i was a child and some were as old as 1983! (that was when i was just borned)

I remembered watching Aiyoyo Chen Liping's Good Morning, Sir when i was just six years old. Suddenly i rem losing myself in the eyes of a child. The hop scotch that i once played... the 30cents bee hoon during recess time... little little jotter books i have... the magnetic pencil case i once used... the school bus that i took... my bunch of best friends... i wanna see what they see.. the innocence that they have... and the happiness they bring to us..

Time passes in a blink of an eye... the dreams that we all have... the work left undone... i know the process might be tough but i am sure everyone, in one way or another, will achieve what we want eventually. May not be as perfect as what is in our dreams but at least we are able to tell ourselves proudly that we have gone through the process and experience it.

To be frank, i do not have a very "woah" 24 years of life. I don't have friends to hold birthday parties for me during my childhood days nor do i receive birthday gifts. As my family was poor last time, i don't even have a birthday cake or to travel.

Despite all these, i don't feel that i am pathetic. This is because i am much fortunuate than many others. Comparing to them, suddenly i felt so happy and contented that i decided to blog this entry to express my feelings.

I may not be smooth during my paths in life... some setbacks and hiccups... some unhappiness... but i guess it's all a learning experience.

Thanks for reading my blog. To all of you who is reading my blog, i would like to say: Treasure whatever you have now. Enjoy life to the fullest. Be it the little happiness in life or the first sip of icecream you have... The simple pleasures in life.

It's the air that i get to breathe each morning makes me happy and contented.
Trust me. You will be happy.
