Enjoyed myself today because i could finally blade after many weeks of wet weathers. (Tho very much do not wish my plan to be affected but had no choice.)

Went with Tracy, (my secondary school friend who lives near me) and her sister to an open space besides a basketball court near my house.

There are many people doing all sorts of activities. Although there is only a bball court, they are people playing badminton, children blading... playing catching, hide and seek and even cycling.

There was a mischievous kid who cycled at his full speed skirting thru me. Many a times i have to change my path in order to avoid knocking against him. (it seemed that he did it on purpose)

His dad was sitting on a bench, talking to someone. He seemed nonchalant about it. Couldn't blame the child since his dad did nothing about it despite sitting right in front. Since it appeared that he gave his son the green light, we left early.

Guess i could blade better and faster here compared to East Coast Park due to the uneven ground, steep slopes and the crowd there. If not, i don't mind going to ECP once a fortnight. Perhaps with more practice, i will be more confident.

(Or it may be some kind of phobia, will be easier once the phobia is overcomed.)

Anyway, watching the children who seemed so carefree and innocent makes me feel better on a sunday evening. (cos the next day is a working day)
